Welcome to Tada Industries LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, booking services, or renting equipment from us, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

• We provide junk removal, hauling, and dumpster rental services in designated service areas.

• Service availability may vary and is subject to scheduling and equipment availability.

• We reserve the right to refuse service for items not permitted by law (e.g., hazardous waste, chemicals, explosives, medical waste).

2. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on load size, weight, type of materials, or additional time required.

• Prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing for inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

3. Payments

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept approved payment methods (credit card, debit card, ACH, etc.).

• Late or declined payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

• Customer agrees to pay all collection costs, attorney's fees, and expenses incurred in recovering overdue amounts.

4. Dumpster Rentals

• Rental periods are agreed upon at booking. Extensions may incur additional charges.

• Dumpsters must not be overloaded or filled with prohibited materials (see Section 5).

• The customer is responsible for ensuring the placement location is accessible and suitable for safe delivery/pickup.

• Damage to property caused by improper site preparation or instructions is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Prohibited Materials

• Hazardous waste (chemicals, paints, asbestos, fuels, etc.)

• Tires, batteries, or mattresses (unless permitted by local regulations)

• Electronics (TVs, computers, etc.) unless specifically agreed upon

• Medical or biological waste

• Flammable or explosive items

• Large appliances containing refrigerants (unless properly prepared)

• If prohibited materials are found, additional disposal fees may apply and services may be refused.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Customers may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee (flat fee or percentage, as specified at booking).

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unsafe conditions, weather, or equipment issues.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and clear access to the service location (driveways, hallways, elevators, etc.).

• Confirm that items are eligible for disposal under state and federal laws.

• Obtain any necessary permits, approvals, or authorizations (e.g., HOA permissions, building access).

8. Liability & Indemnification

• Customers assume responsibility for the contents placed in dumpsters and for ensuring compliance with local laws.

• Tada Industries LLC is not liable for damages resulting from customer negligence, improper loading, or restricted placement areas.

• Except for cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

• Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tada Industries LLC, its owners, and employees from claims, damages, or expenses arising from use of our services.

9. Access & Site Conditions

• Customers must provide clear and safe access for equipment delivery and removal.

• Driveways, surfaces, and overhead clearance must be suitable for truck access.

• We are not responsible for surface damage (including asphalt, concrete, landscaping) caused by normal operations.

10. Service Completion & Disposal

• Once items are removed, they cannot be returned.

• Items may be recycled, donated, or disposed of at our discretion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We comply with local, state, and federal disposal laws.

11. Privacy Policy

• Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

12. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if customers:

• Provide false or misleading information

• Request disposal of prohibited items

• Engage in abusive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior

13. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cherokee County, GA, unless otherwise required by law.

14. Changes to Terms

• We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.

• Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.

• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
